No. You pay in three parts — 60% to start the work, 20% when we show you the first version of your website, and the final 20% once your corrections are done and the site is ready to go live. The last payment only comes after you’ve seen everything and you’re happy with it.

Yes. Just give us your GST number when you make the first payment and we’ll raise a proper GST invoice, so you can claim input tax credit if your business is eligible. Clikh Media is a division of Sureva Consulting LLP, a GST-registered business in Hyderabad.

You can cancel within 24 hours of paying and we’ll return your money, less any bank or payment charges. After that, payments aren’t refundable — we block a build slot for you and the design and writing work starts straight away. This is also why we talk through the look and the plan properly before you pay anything, so nobody is surprised later.

Only the ones we’ve already told you about. ₹24,900 covers the website, GST, and your domain, hosting, business email and SSL certificate for the first year. After Year 1, renewal is ₹5,900/year at current rates. Extra pages are ₹4,900 each. Anything else — a logo, product photography, extra languages — is optional, and we’ll quote you before we do it.

Delivery takes 15 working days from kickoff to live launch. This depends on you sending your business details and brand photographs on time through our WhatsApp workflow — we’ll tell you exactly what we need, when we need it.

Your logo, some photos of your work or your business, and a few details about what you do. That’s the starting point. If you’re missing something it’s not a problem — we can create it. No logo, or no decent photos? We’ll arrange it and quote you before we do anything.

Yes, that’s included. We’ll have a call and ask you some questions about your business, and then you can leave the rest to us. We write the content, come back to you to check we’ve got the facts right, make the changes you ask for, and polish it from there. We’ll never change a fact you’ve given us without asking.

We sort this out before we build, not after. Before any work starts we’ll talk through the look you want and show you what to expect, so there are no surprises when you see your website. Once we’ve built to that agreed direction, we’ll fix content — wording, photos, details, anything that’s wrong or missing. What we don’t do is rebuild the design from scratch, because that’s a different job at a different price. If you genuinely want to start over on the look, we’ll quote you for it honestly rather than pretend it’s a small change.

As many as it takes to get the content right before launch. There’s no counter running. Content corrections — text, photos, service details, contact information — are part of the build. Changes to the design itself aren’t.

Yes. Additional languages start from ₹2,390 per page, and we’ll confirm the exact price for your pages before we start. We don’t just run your website through Google Translate and hope — every page is checked and corrected by someone who knows the language properly, so it reads the way a native speaker would actually say it. You’ll get the content to read, change and approve before it goes on your website.

Yes. Every website we build uses a structured, semantic layout optimised for Google SEO and AI-search (AEO). We embed clean schema markup so tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Overviews can read, understand and recommend your business to local searchers.

Your website helps, but your Google Business Profile is what actually puts you on the map. That’s why Google Business Profile setup is ₹2,900 when you order it alongside your website, instead of ₹5,900 on its own. That covers up to 5 products or services listed, with two rounds of additions — extra products are ₹390 each. If your profile needs us to deal with Google’s support team directly, that time is billed at ₹1,000 per hour. Taking it now alongside your website works out cheaper than adding it later, and it means you launch with both working together from day one.

You do. Your domain is registered in your name and legal details, even though it sits in our account for the first year while we handle the technical side. It’s yours to keep, move or point elsewhere whenever you want.

Your content is yours — your logo, your photos, your business information, your words. We only ever use them on your website, nowhere else. The design and the code behind it stay Clikh’s copyright, and you get a permanent licence to use that build on the domain it was made for, for as long as you like, whether or not you stay with us. In plain terms: your site is yours to use forever, but nobody can take our build and copy it across ten other businesses.

Yes, any time, at no charge from us. Your domain moves with you — your registrar may charge a small transfer fee, but we don’t. Your photos, logo and content are yours to take, and your website can move to another host too: your licence to use that build on your domain is permanent. What it can’t be is resold or reused for a different business.

Your domain still belongs to you. If you don’t renew hosting with us, your website stops being live, but you’re free to take your domain wherever you want and continue elsewhere. Nothing is held hostage. We’ll remind you well before the date so it never lapses by accident. Current renewal rates are on our pricing page.

You’d still have your domain, in your name, and it’s yours to point anywhere. We don’t expect this to happen — we’re a division of Sureva Consulting LLP, a registered business in Hyderabad — but you shouldn’t have to take that on faith. The reason we register your domain in your name from day one is so your business online never depends on us being around.

Small corrections are free for the first 7 days after we confirm your site is complete — a changed phone number, a corrected address, a typo. After that, or for bigger changes like new photos, new services or updated pricing, there’s a charge. Just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you what it costs before we do it.

No, and that’s deliberate. This isn’t a drag-and-drop website builder — it’s a properly built site, made for people who’d rather run their business than learn website software. When something needs changing, message us. Small things get sorted quickly and affordably.

Yes. Your website can grow as your business does. We offer easy upgrade paths for e-commerce storefronts, secure online payment gateways, booking engines and targeted digital marketing — whenever you’re ready, no pressure.

Yes. You keep your domain exactly where it is and just point it at our hosting. Your registrar will have simple instructions for updating the nameservers, and we’ll walk you through it. If you already have an old website on that domain, tell us — we’ll look at it and let you know whether anything’s worth carrying across.

No, we work with businesses anywhere. We’re based in Hyderabad, but the whole process runs on WhatsApp and phone calls, so where you are makes no difference. The prices on this website are for businesses in India. If you’re outside India, just ask us and we’ll quote you.
